Online Returns Policy
IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, orders are refunded via store credit in the form of a Exclusive Discount Code. Cake Body Fitness does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.
With limited exceptions, we do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. , show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
- All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- All returns/cancelations/exchanges/defects are refunded via store credit in the form of a Cake Body Fitness Store Credit Exclusive One Time Discount Code.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 4 days of delivery.
Our policy lasts 4 days. If 4 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund, exchange, or store Credit.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.
Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an 1 time discount code minus the initial shipping charge.
We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Clearance items. Sports bras may NOT be returned.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are given if there were an overcharge on our behalf.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be sent in the form a 1-Time discount code for the value of your Item(s), within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for exchange only. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 4 days of purchase. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will send you a return label to you made your purchase with.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Also you will be responsible to provide correct shipping address. If item is returned due to missing shipping information, you will be responsible for shipping charges.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
